Giving consent
The visitor freely and voluntarily consents to IQ Creative Group LLC processing data submitted through the website form. Consent is given through a separate action: the visitor ticks the checkbox and submits the form.
This consent concerns the enquiry and its attached materials. It does not authorise marketing emails and is not used as Yandex Metrika consent.
Data covered
- Name;
- Phone number, email address or messenger contact;
- Enquiry content, project information and materials attached by the visitor;
- Submission information: page URL, enquiry source, campaign tags, browser and device information, IP address, submission date and time.
Purpose and processing activities
Data is processed to receive the enquiry, contact the visitor, clarify requirements and prepare a proposal. The controller may collect, organise, store, update, use, transfer to authorised processors with an applicable legal ground, anonymise, restrict and delete the data, with or without automated tools.
This consent does not permit marketing emails. General processing and protection arrangements are described in the Privacy Policy.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies until the processing purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless another period is required by law or contract. Send withdrawal requests to mbox@iqcompany.ru. Processing then stops unless the law permits it to continue without consent.
