General provisions
This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and applies to data submitted through website forms or direct enquiries.

Data processed
- Name, phone number, email address or messenger username;
- Project information contained in messages;
- Technical details: IP address, browser type, page URL, enquiry date and time, cookies.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, conclude and fulfil contracts, secure the website and analyse its operation. Grounds include user consent, pre-contract actions at the user's request, contract performance and legal obligations.
Storage and protection
The controller applies organisational and technical safeguards. Data is retained only as long as required by the purpose or law, then deleted or anonymised.
Access is limited to people who need it for their work. Disclosure is permitted with consent, for contract performance or as required by law.
User rights
Users may request information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing mbox@iqcompany.ru. Identity verification may be required.
